This is part of the OST for Rome 2: Total War, composed by Richard Beddow and I assume performed by either the Prague Philharmonic or Slovak National Orchestra. Beddow has also done the past scores for Napoleon and Empire: Total War; winning a BAFTA in 2010 for his work on Empire.

This video in particular is a compilation of themes from the campaign map when playing as (and I assume not limited to) the Egyptians.

That said, I really love his work on Rome thus far, but I know alot of you would prefer Jeff Van Dyke's OST from the original Rome. That is why I included a link to a tool that can help you mod the PACK files to include some of Van Dyke's music. You will need a program that can read .WEM files though.
